Stoner Farm – Phases 1,2 & 3 is a residential development in Manheim Township, Lancaster County consisting of 90 single family homes and 18 duplexes. This development provides much needed housing inventory near Lancaster City, and the Route 30/222 corridor. There was approximately 165,000 C.Y. yards of earth moved to grade the site. Our crews collaborated closely with Lancaster County Conservation District to ensure that the sensitive wetlands along the Landis Run tributary were protected for the duration of construction.
