About

Traditions of America is a residential development in Lancaster County consisting of a total 232 single family homes, 56 duplexes and a community clubhouse situated on 114 acres. Phases 1 & 2 included 192 of those units on 101 acres. This project started at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite challenging regulatory climate and material shortages, the team at Abel was able to deliver completed streets and lots before the schedule milestones required by our client. The site package was all-inclusive, to include: clearing & grubbing, mass grading, rock removal, underground utilities, curbing, paving, walking path construction, basin conversions, and final wearing course paving. Phase 3 construction commenced in July 2022 with an anticipated completion date of Spring 2023.
