The Meadows at Strasburg – Phase 1 is the first phase of a 3-phase residential development located just outside the historic and bustling town of Strasburg, home of the oldest continuously operating railroad in the United States. Phase 1 consists of site improvement work for the first 25 single-family homes out of 79 total. The project required extending an existing water main 3,500 L.F. to the project site in an existing roadway, including associated traffic control, roadway and shoulder restoration, along with the typical site improvement scope.
