About
Watson Run is an age-restricted Active Adult community comprised of 5 neighborhood commercial lots, a restaurant, 178 detached single family homes and a controlled clubhouse. The site improvements are being constructed around an existing farmstead on a 74 acre tract located in Leacock Township. In addition to the standard site work requirements are Penn DOT roadway improvements and a water treatment plant for the projects potable water supply.
