Berlin Junction is a multi-lot industrial redevelopment project located in Oxford Township, Adams County, PA. The developer saw opportunity at an otherwise blighted former brick plant property. Through cooperation with local municipalities, an Adams County Industrial Development Corporation Grant, and LERTA tax relief program, the project became viable to redevelop.

Abel commenced work on the first phase of the industrial campus in June 2022 working as the site improvement subcontractor for Miller Brothers Construction, of Schuylkill Haven, who is design-building the project as the general contractor.

Some key statistics of the site improvement contract are: demolition and crushing of 7,466 tons of existing concrete slab, 178,981 S.F. of building pad preparation, 5,045 L.F. of on-site storm sewer conveyance piping and installation of 3,298 L.F. of 10-inch PVC off-site sanitary sewer mainline.
